FRUIT SNACKS

Fruit Snacks is a home raised 7-year-old Brabrant quarter horse cross mare. Several years ago, I purchased, started then ranched on her dam. Eventually, she moved to the brood mare band. The Brabant stallion we crossed her on sired foals showing good minds and athletic ability. Fruity surpassed our hopes from the start. She’s extremely consistent and quiet minded, while still having a desire to travel. She’s a fast walking and long trotting horse that can really eat some country. Gentle on the ground and under saddle, plus easy to shoe and catch- her name speaks to her love of snacks! Best of all she takes time off extremely well. She’s pulled her weight on doctoring many cattle for me in steep mountain country. She runs hard to cattle, while keeping a steady sure foot in the rough terrain. Leading pack strings, branding, and halter breaking colts are other jobs she’s handled for me. Fruit Snacks is the most pleasant mare on our place and continually receives compliments for her looks.
